Description
The Commission must transmit a comprehensive report to the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation and the House of Representatives Committee on Energy and Commerce within 6 months of December 16, 2003. The report must include: (1) a plan and timetable for establishing a nationwide marketing Do-Not-E-Mail registry, (2) explanation of practical, technical, security, privacy, enforceability, or other concerns regarding the registry, and (3) explanation of how the registry would apply to children with e-mail accounts.
