Report on energy-efficient GPAI standardisation progress

Description

By 2 August 2028 and every four years thereafter, the Commission must submit a report reviewing progress on standardisation deliverables for energy-efficient development of general-purpose AI models, assessing the need for further (including binding) measures, and make the report public.
