Limited application for high-risk AI systems linked to Annex I Section B products

Description

For AI systems classified as high-risk under Article 6(1) related to products covered by Union harmonisation legislation listed in Section B of Annex I, only Article 6(1), Article 60a and Articles 102 to 112 apply; Articles 57, 58 and 59 apply only insofar as the high-risk requirements have been integrated into that Union harmonisation legislation.
