42 — Presumption of conformity with certain requirements
Compliance with Regulation (EU) 2024/2847 conditions for Article 15 deemed compliance
Description
Where high-risk AI systems fall within the scope of Regulation (EU) 2024/2847 (Cyber Resilience Act), providers must fulfil the conditions laid down in Article 12(1) of that Regulation to have their systems deemed compliant with the cybersecurity requirements set out in Article 15 of this Regulation.
