Description

The Commission shall adopt implementing acts specifying the detailed arrangements for the establishment, development, implementation, operation, governance, and supervision of the AI regulatory sandboxes, including common principles on eligibility/selection criteria, application/participation/monitoring/exit/termination procedures (including sandbox plan and exit report), terms and conditions for participants, and governance rules including involvement of data protection authorities and coordination at national and Union level.
