Issue recommendations and opinions on implementation matters

Description

At the Commission's request or on its own initiative, the Board may issue recommendations and written opinions on matters related to implementation and consistent application of the Regulation, including codes of conduct/practice, evaluation/review processes, technical specifications, standards, trends in AI competitiveness and value chains, and potential amendments to Annex III and Article 5.
