Establish and maintain EU database for high-risk AI systems

Description

The Commission, in collaboration with Member States, must set up and maintain an EU database containing the information referred to in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article 71 concerning high-risk AI systems referred to in Article 6(2) registered under Articles 49 and 60, and AI systems not considered high-risk under Article 6(3) that are registered under Article 6(4) and Article 49.
