Option to integrate monitoring system/plan into existing Union harmonisation legislation frameworks

Description

For high-risk AI systems covered by Union harmonisation legislation listed in Annex I Section A, where a post-market monitoring system and plan already exist under that legislation, providers may choose to integrate the necessary elements from paragraphs 1-3 (using the Commission's template) into the existing system/plan, provided an equivalent level of protection is achieved, to avoid duplication and reduce burden.
