Application of Whistleblower Directive to AI Act infringements
Description
Directive (EU) 2019/1937 shall apply to the reporting of infringements of this Regulation and to the protection of persons who report such infringements, extending the whistleblower protection framework established by that Directive to cover violations of this Regulation.
