92 — Power to conduct evaluations
Provider obligation to supply requested information to AI Office
Description
The provider of the general-purpose AI model concerned, or its representative, must supply the information requested by the Commission/AI Office in connection with an evaluation conducted under Article 92(1). This obligation arises when the AI Office requests access to assess compliance with obligations under the Regulation or to investigate systemic risks of general-purpose AI models with systemic risk.
