Develop guidelines on practical implementation of the Regulation
Description
The Commission must develop guidelines covering the practical implementation of this Regulation, including the application of requirements and obligations in Articles 8-15, 25 and 26, the prohibited practices in Article 5, the practical implementation of provisions on substantial modification, transparency obligations under Article 50, the relationship with Union harmonisation legislation listed in Annex I and other relevant Union law, and the application of the AI system definition in Article 3(1).
