Include human dignity safeguards in employment data rules

Member States must ensure that employment data protection rules include suitable and specific measures to safeguard the data subject's human dignity, legitimate interests and fundamental rights, with particular regard to transparency of processing, transfer of personal data within groups of undertakings or enterprises in joint economic activity, and workplace monitoring systems.
