Account for AI Act requirements in evaluations of Annex X large-scale IT systems
Description
When the large-scale IT systems established by the legal acts listed in Annex X are evaluated (as provided for in those legal acts), or when those legal acts are replaced or amended, the requirements laid down in this Regulation shall be taken into account. Note: this obligation is primarily directed at the entities (e.g., EU institutions/Member States) conducting such legal evaluations rather than at private operators.
