Description

Where the AI Office establishes a Union-level AI regulatory sandbox for AI systems covered by Article 75(1), it must provide priority access to SMEs, including start-ups, and small mid-cap companies (SMCs), and implement the sandbox in close cooperation with relevant competent authorities.
