Provide general description of GPAI model to downstream providers

Providers of general-purpose AI models must include in the technical documentation provided to downstream providers (per Article 53(1)(b)) a general description of the model covering: the tasks it is intended to perform and the types of AI systems it can be integrated into; applicable acceptable use policies; the date of release and distribution methods; how the model interacts with external hardware/software where applicable; versions of relevant related software where applicable; the architecture and number of parameters; the modality and format of inputs and outputs; and the licence governing the model.
