Describe GPAI model elements and development process to downstream providers

Providers of general-purpose AI models must include in the technical documentation provided to downstream providers a description of the elements of the model and its development process, including: the technical means (e.g. instructions for use, infrastructure, tools) required to integrate the model into AI systems; the modality and format of inputs and outputs and their maximum size (e.g. context window length); and information on the data used for training, testing and validation, including the type and provenance of data and curation methodologies, where applicable.
